    RETURN POLICY

    If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item if it is unused and brand new condition within 30 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for paying for shipping for returning item if you are not happy with the purchase. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is defective, we will pay for shipping for you to return the item.

    If the product is defective or does not work properly, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via info@bestgiftwrap.com. Please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation if the item is defective. You do not need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.

    Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

    CANCELLATION

    Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders

    If you are cancelling your order which has not yet been shipped out, please kindly contact us via info@bestgiftwrap.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

    Cancelling Shipped-out Order

    If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, we are not able to cancel it. You would need to go through the return process to return it back to us.

    If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

    Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

    If the product you have purchased is completely non-functional.

    If you did not receive your product within 30 business days after the date that your order has been placed.

    If you meet the above conditions, you can get a full refund.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    2.If the product has not been shipped, you will receive a refund after review by customer service. If the product has been shipped, sorry, no refund is available for the time being. If the product has been received, please provide the product picture to info@bestgiftwrap.com. If no problem, customer service will provide the corresponding delivery address.

    3. Bestgiftwrap will process the order within 1-3 working days after receiving the goods, after confirming that there is no problem. Refund to the corresponding account within 5-10 working days.
